AbstractExperimental studies conducted on some species of Mediterranean red algae allowed to identify Sphaerococcus coronopifolius Stackhouse as a valid alternative to the Pacific alga Gloiopeltis furcata (Postels & Ruprecht) J. Agardh, for the extraction of a material usable as natural consolidant and adhesive in the field of restoration. Promising results have been observed by comparing the extracts obtained from these two algae after the same extraction procedure. Chemical analysis (FTIR) revealed that S. coronopifolius has qualities similar to G. furcata. Even more promising results for S. coronopifolius compared to G. furcata were observed after the analysis of pH and conductivity, and the adhesion tests carried out on both extracts. 相似文献

In this work, a simple and green method is reported for the biosynthesis of Cu/bone nanocomposite using Cordyline fruticosa extract as a stabilizer and reductant. Animal bone was used as a natural support to prevent the accumulation of Cu nanoparticles. The catalytic activity of Cu/bone nanocomposite was assessed in the synthesis of 1‐substituted 1H‐1,2,3,4‐tetrazoles and reduction of various organic dyes, including 4‐nitrophenol (4‐NP), nigrosin (NS), congo red (CR) and methylene blue (MB). The best catalytic performance in the synthesis of 1‐substituted tetrazoles was achieved using 0.05 g of Cu/bone nanocomposite at 120°C. In addition, under optimal conditions, the absorption bands corresponding to 4‐NP, CR, NS and MB completely disappeared after about 6 min, 3 min, 50 s and 7 s, respectively. The biosynthesis protocol used in the preparation of Cu/bone nanocomposite offers a very attractive area for further research. 相似文献

高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)是一种无创的热消融疗法,为保证其安全性和有效性,需要一种精度高、速度快的测温方法在其治疗过程中对温度进行监控.基于质子共振频率位移(PRFS)的磁共振温度成像(MRT)对温度具有较高的灵敏度,且与温度具有良好的线性关系,因此常被用于引导HIFU治疗.然而在实际应用中,HIFU治疗的最大隐患在于可能造成表皮灼伤,并且灼伤区域可能与焦点区域相隔较远.因此MRT的监控范围十分重要.本文基于三维回波平移成像序列,结合可控混叠的空间并行成像技术,实现了时间分辨率为3 s的快速三维温度成像.为了验证该方法的精度,本文首先设计了仿体降温实验,利用光纤温度计验证回波平移序列测温的准确度和精确度.然后在室温条件下扫描离体猪肉组织,对比加速前后的MRT的测温精确度.在HIFU加热条件下扫描离体猪肉组织,对比加速前后的MRT的测温准确度.结果显示,本文提出的方法可以在3 s内完成三维温度精准测量,对于HIFU治疗的安全监控具有重要意义. 相似文献

Structure determination of functional organic compounds remains a formidable challenge when the sample exists as a powder. Nuclear magnetic resonance crystallography approaches based on the comparison of experimental and Density Functional Theory (DFT)-computed 1H chemical shifts have already demonstrated great potential for structure determination of organic powders, but limitations still persist. In this study, we discuss the possibility of using 13C-13C dipolar couplings quantified on powdered theophylline at natural isotopic abundance with the help of dynamic nuclear polarization, to realize a DFT-free, rapid screening of a pool of structures predicted by ab initio random structure search. We show that although 13C-13C dipolar couplings can identify structures possessing long range structural motifs and unit cell parameters close to those of the true structure, it must be complemented with other data to recover information about the presence and the chemical nature of the supramolecular interactions. 相似文献

The first total synthesis of lajollamycin B, a structurally novel nitro-tetraene spiro-β-lactone/γ-lactone antibiotic, is described. The convergent synthesis involves the construction of the C8′–C11′ nitrodienylstannane and its coupling with the segment prepared from the C1′–C7′ ω-iodoheptadienoic acid and the right-hand heterocyclic fragment, which has been utilized for our previous syntheses of oxazolomycin A. Sodium/potassium-ion batteries (SIBs/PIBs) arouse intensive interest on account of the natural abundance of sodium/potassium resources, the competitive cost and appropriate redox potential. Nevertheless, the huge challenge for SIBs/PIBs lies in the scarcity of an anode material with high capacity and stable structure, which are capable of accommodating large-size ions during cycling. Furthermore, using sustainable natural biomass to fabricate electrodes for energy storage applications is a hot topic. Herein, an ultra-small few-layer nanostructured MoSe2 embedded on N, P co-doped bio-carbon is reported, which is synthesized by using chlorella as the adsorbent and precursor. As a consequence, the MoSe2/NP-C-2 composite represents exceedingly impressive electrochemical performance for both sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) and potassium-ion batteries (PIBs). It displays a promising reversible capacity (523 mAh g−1 at 100 mA g−1 after 100 cycles) and impressive long-term cycling performance (192 mAh g−1 at 5 A g−1 even after 1000 cycles) in SIBs, which are some of the best properties of MoSe2-based anode materials for SIBs to date. To further probe the great potential applications, full SIBs pairing the MoSe2/NP-C-2 composite anode with a Na3V2(PO4)3 cathode also exhibits a satisfactory capacity of 215 mAh g−1 at 500 mA g−1 after 100 cycles. Moreover, it also delivers a decent reversible capacity of 131 mAh g−1 at 1 A g−1 even after 250 cycles for PIBs. 相似文献

A recent article in Nature Physics unified key results from thermodynamics, statistics, and information theory. The unification arose from a general equation for the rate of change in the information content of a system. The general equation describes the change in the moments of an observable quantity over a probability distribution. One term in the equation describes the change in the probability distribution. The other term describes the change in the observable values for a given state. We show the equivalence of this general equation for moment dynamics with the widely known Price equation from evolutionary theory, named after George Price. We introduce the Price equation from its biological roots, review a mathematically abstract form of the equation, and discuss the potential for this equation to unify diverse mathematical theories from different disciplines. The new work in Nature Physics and many applications in biology show that this equation also provides the basis for deriving many novel theoretical results within each discipline. 相似文献

针对Ni单原子催化剂表面的CO2电还原反应(CO2RR), 提出了以Ni为活性位点的“单中心”机理以及同时借助Ni位点还原和碳氮锚定位水解的“双功能”机理. 依据稳态极化的实验结果, 开展了CO2RR的动力学解析与模型参数的敏感性分析; 借助暂态模型方程, 分别获取可表达CO2RR线性与非线性频响特征的电化学阻抗谱(EIS)与总谐波失真(THD)谱. 研究结果表明, CO2的溶解分压对CO2RR活性影响最显著. 若CO2RR遵循“单中心”机理, Ni位点COOHads的形成为速率控制步骤; 但若为“双功能”机理, 碳氮锚定位的水解与Ni位点的CO2,ads还原同为速率控制步骤. AbstractReactive oxygen species including free radicals are responsible for noxious changes in living organisms which can be associated with many diseases for e.g. cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, and inflammatory diseases or cancer. In the struggle against free radicals the organism is supported by antioxidants. As they are often provided by nature, they can be considered safe. 5-Caffeoylquinic acid is one of main chlorogenic acids found in vegetables and fruits. The main objective of the presented article was monitoring the changes of 5-caffeoylquinic acid during the reaction with colorful radicals. The experiments were conducted at different molar ratios of radicals to antioxidant using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. Irrespective of the applied molar ratios, the obtained results proved that the antioxidant takes part in the reaction for three days. Additionally, during the radical neutralization the formation of semiquinones and/or quinones, methoxy adduct of caffeoylquinic acid, and quinones adduct with methanol was observed. 相似文献

Increased environmental concerns and global warming have diverted focus from eco-friendly bio-composites. Naturals fibers are abundant and have low harvesting costs with adequate mechanical properties. Hazards of synthetic fibers, recycling issues, and toxic byproducts are the main driving factors in the research and development of bio-composites. Bio-composites are degradable, renewable, non-abrasive, and non-toxic, with comparable properties to those of synthetic fiber composites and used in many applications in various fields. A detailed analysis is carried out in this review paper to discuss developments in bio-composites. The review covers structure, morphology, and modifications of fiber, mechanical properties, degradable matrix materials, applications, and limitations of bio-composites. Some of the key sectors employing bio-composites are the construction, automobile, and packaging industries. Furthermore, bio-composites are used in the field of medicine and cosmetics. 相似文献
